Not because Barack Obama was recently beaten like a red-headed stepchild -- to use my father's expression -- in that state's primary. No, I'm thinking I should be upset about why he was beaten. According to exit polls, two out of every 10 voters said race was a major factor in how they cast their ballots. Jon Stewart of The Daily Show ran a clip of a white woman who explained her refusal to vote for Obama thusly: ''I guess because he is another race. I'm sort of scared of the other race 'cause we have so much conflict with 'em.'' She spoke in the vaguely shamefaced, what're-you-gonna-do? voice of someone who knows she should stick to her diet or stop smoking, but just can't help herself. You'd think this would have me in a state of high dudgeon, fingers blazing the keyboard in righteous rebuke of attitudes so atavistic and wrong. But I can't. Oh, it's disappointing to see bigotry in Appalachia so vividly displayed. Yet I find it doesn't make me angry. It just makes me sad. I feel sorry for them. If that sounds patronizing, I apologize. That's not how it's meant. It's just that, if the headline here is that Obama was rejected by whites on the basis of race, I submit that's not the whole truth. Pollsters say he was actually rejected on the basis of race by whites who lack college degrees and whose household income is less than $50,000 a year. In other words, he was rejected by the poor and the less educated. Which is a description that fits many in Appalachia -- and also a vast swath of African America. So for me, the story here isn't simply the old, familiar tale of the nation's stark racial divide, but also another tale, just as old, less often remarked, of how the white poor and the black poor have long been kept at one another's throats as a means of keeping them from looking too closely or clearly at the ways both are maniuplated by the forces of money and power. And here, let me tell you what I am not saying. I'm not saying all bigots are poor or all the poor are bigots. I'm not saying everyone in Appalachia is poor, or less educated, or atavistic about race. But I am saying this: The white poor have been victims of a con job going back at least as far as the Civil War, when poor white men were used as cannon fodder for the right of rich white men -- I repeat: rich white men -- to keep slaves. They were told they fought for state's rights. From then till now, the white poor have often been the front line of white supremacy. You think people with college degrees and six-figure salaries are out there marching around under pointy white hoods, burning crosses? Hardly. My point is that race has often been used as a means of distracting and diverting the white poor. They had little in life, nor any realistic expectation of having more. But the one thing they did have -- or so the con went -- was whiteness itself. Which meant they had someone to be better than. Someone to look down upon. This, even though they did menial work under menial conditions, earned menial pay, sent their kids to menial schools, were subject to menial indignities, made do with menial health care and lived menial lives hemmed in by want, ignorance and hunger. Exactly like those they had been taught they were better than. Exactly like those they had been taught to look down upon. There are those in positions of political power who can and should be held to answer for the meanness and narrowness of poor people's lives. But they can't and won't so long as those who should be standing together to demand those answers are kept busy fighting one another over superficialities of color and culture. Those are differences that too often obscure commonalities -- of need, of hope and of cause. Over the years, many of us have figured that out. In a Democracy the press is obligated to broadcast and print what is happening, not pass judgement and make decisions for the people. We are free to do that ourselves, or not at all. Also, we have a principle of fair competition, and to attempt to control lthe outcome of an election is nothing short of fascism. The American people must not stand for this kind of fraud ever. Even if you are not for Kucinich, we must realize that this moment is an opportune time to take the corporate media to task for fascist programming. ABC has no right to exclude a viable candidate with a following, and people want to hear what he has to say in the Debates. ABC is owned by Disney Corporation and this is evidence that they think they OWN the airways, rather than use the privilege of a publicly owned franchise to serve the public interest. The airways are public, not private in a democracy. They have no right to keep presidential candidate information out of our view, especially information that tells the truth about the way government is NOT working. It is also disrespectful to a United States Congressman to behave this way. To see that a private industry can have that much power must wake everyone up to how corrupt and intentional the elite are about continuing their agenda of dismantling not only America but the world. And WHY? Are they sick? Are they power addicted? What is their point? I have a right to see my selected candidate compete with the other candidates as much as anyone else does. I encourage everyone to boycott not only DISNEY CORP, but every candidate that allowed this to happen to their fellow candidate who do not carry the spirit of freedom of speech, nor have the courage to stand up to Dennis Kucinich's declarations. The test is a simple test of issues, and how you rate them. You will see how you stand on candidates and who most closely fits you view. They are no tricks. Give yourself an experience of knowing your stand and voting with authenticity. You may not have the same values as I, but this test will wake you up to the issues at hand and let you know how you feel, rather than letting the "shiny objects" on your tube program you in a direction that is out to use you as fodder for their use. While Republican candidates railed about the threat of Islam-fascists, Americans were oblivious that in fact, the greatest treat to our freedom was transpiring right before them - corporate-controlled media, a key component of fascism, used their power to exclude the one candidate from the debates who dares to stand up to them. To "cover" their coup, they ran a silly fluff piece prior to the debate about people who are running for president with no organization behind them and questioned why they would do such a thing other than to massage their own egos. But the candidate Disney/ABC arbitrarily excluded from the debate is a viable candidate who has hundreds of thousands of supporters and a solid organization in every state. Dennis Kucinich has been campaigning non-stop for over a year with his wife, Elizabeth. He's on the ballot in almost every state. This isn't some vanity campaign that the Corporate-controlled media has deliberately tried to make disappear - this is the one candidate who is running for all the right reasons - because he wants to save our country from the takeover of special interests. While John Edwards, during the debate, eloquently and passionately decried the stranglehold special interests have on our nation, he never once mentioned that Disney/ABC had excluded one of his fellow candidates from the debate. How disingenuous! He also failed to mention the fortune he has invested in a hedge fund that makes him as vested in these special interests as anyone. I watched the entire debate on Saturday night, and have to admit that compared to the Republicans, any of the Democratic candidates sounded like a good bet. But here's the catch - while they debated who was the more likely to bring about change and who had more experience actually initiating change, not one of them has ever proved they have the courage to stand up to the status-quo that will do whatever it takes to prevent change. If they had, ABC would have kept them off that stage too. So while just about everything spoken by the four Democratic candidates sounded good, I couldn't help thinking that this was just another Disney performance. Put any of them in the White House and you'll get the same disappointment we're experiencing with the Democratic Congress we elected in '06. We worked our tails off to get them elected and they conveniently forgot why we did it. Here are some words you didn't hear uttered during the debate - words that Dennis Kucinich would have said if he had been given his place at the table. Words the American people deserve to hear: Impeach - The majority of Americans want to see Bush and Cheney held accountable for the lies and corruption that have driven our country to the brink of moral, financial and military bankruptcy. Dennis Kucinich introduced a bill to impeach Dick Cheney last November. The Democratic leadership moved to table it. It was only because REPUBLICANS voted against tabling it that the bill didn't die immediately on the floor and instead now languishes in the Judicial Committee. Not for Profit Health Care - Don't let them fool you - the insurance companies are the problem because they only make a killing when they deny patients health care. Keep them in the mix and you will never have healthcare for all. End NAFTA and get out of the TWO - Although Edwards briefly alluded to the problems our trade agreements have caused to working-class Americans, no Democratic candidate is ever going to criticize a trade policy that was put through by President Bill Clinton - even if it is the cause of not only job loss, but the surge in illegal immigration from Mexico. No candidate, that is, except the one we can count on to always speak the truth - Dennis Kucinich. The corporate-controlled, censored media has carefully orchestrated the obliteration of Dennis Kucinich. This is the third debate he's been kept from. They are also distorting his politically strategic move in the Iowa caucuses to suggest supporters cast their second vote for Osama, as a indication that Dennis has quit the race and is throwing his support behind Osama. Nothing could be further from the truth! In fact, Bill Richardson did the exact same thing as Kucinich and he still got to be in the debate last night! Is it too late? Heck, even Goldman Sachs might be bankrupt, if they ever produced an honest balance sheet. The goal of Wall Street henchmen, who are clearly guilty of the grandest larceny even seen since Rubin opened the door to gold leasing at the USTreasury, is for the (mostly) men in three-piece suits to fleece their elite firms for personal gain as much as possible before their broadly suspected insolvency is recognized as clear bankruptcy. They choked on their own toxic mortgage fecal IN-securities, with the leverage in the derivatives backfiring on them. The hidden factor is new Basel rules on accounting, which in my view seems like a bankruptcy judge ordering Discovery Phase of bank assets during a Bankruptcy Proceeding. True to form, the Wall Street firms continue to operate in defiance, as they created a lunatic new Tier-3 balance sheet item. The greatest feat to date is the Wall Street urged Congressional adoption of the subprime mortgage freeze, dubbed ´The Teaser Freezer´ in clever tones. A voice tells me that Basel might push for prosecution of Wall Street bankster criminals. My 2008 forecasts will be saved for the Hat Trick Letter, but a preview overview can be listed. First, let us all revel at the Severe Comedy that has become US Presidential Politics. Good looks, meaningless promises, catchy campaign slogans, bulging campaign coffers, these all accompany a truly futile procession of charlatans offering hope. Harken back to November 2006, when a new Congress was elected. They, under new leadership have done not a blessed thing promised to turn the country away from its disastrous course, regarding the war, the economy, taxation, budget allocation, in a follow through mandated by voters. Expect nothing at all in change from any viable presidential candidate, who all seem like midgets. If one revolutionary candidate in particular is elevated by voters, his life will likely meet an early demise, by accident, of course. The hidden secret which just cannot seem to find its way above ground is that Neocons are not Republicans, not Democrats. The current Bush is a known Neocon, a bizarre label to be sure. In my view Clinton was a Neocon also, certainly cut from a different cloth than most traditional Democrats. His central policy was to create the foundation for the Fascist Business Model, wherein the finance sector merged with the state. Two candidates, one on each side, represent uninterrupted Neocon rule and the inexorable march to a military state, the former 911 Mayor and the former First Lady. But mine is not a political pen. Somehow, the name NeoFascist does not sound as appealing to American voters as the mysterious Neocon. Call a spade a spade! Numerous legal executive decrees confirm the label clarification and trend. The pathetic fact of life is that in my travels and conversations with countless American adults, my experiment has been grossly revealing. After almost 40 direct questions on US soil, directly asking "What is Fascism?" to Americans, not one single correct answer. After all, a nation gets the government it deserves. The United States is on a sad but unstoppable march to Third World status, complete with totalitarian rule. Nothing can block the path. One hundred years ago, H.L.Mencken called the USGovt the best government that money can buy, and deemed the American landscape attractive like any circus. Nothing has changed, only the depth and severity. THE SYSTEM FAILS, BREAKS, FREEZES The year 2008 will start with a resumption in the disorder breakdown buzz, a resumption in the gold climb, and new chapters in big bank bankruptcy throes, and eventually a nearly complete loss of respect and integrity in the US Federal Reserve. The word ´Bankruptcy´ will not be used until a big bank actually files for bankruptcy. The ring of the word Bankruptcy is more accurate, since it implies Hemorrhage, another great word. The collateral damage will include most bond insurers going bust, but holding firm to ´AAA´ ratings in pure corrupt manner. The collateral damage will include most homebuilders going bust. However, the centerpiece of 2008 woes will be the PRIME MORTGAGE BUST, felt much like the stage falling through the floor in the Victorian Theater. The decline in housing prices will continue to push prices down another 5% to 10% in the new year, killing off prime mortgage portfolios and their bonds. The bust will take down the entire US banking system, which is now reeling and tipsy, like a punchdrunk boxer after enduring ten rounds of a pure beating, bloodied, wobbly, dizzy, blurred in vision. The mortgage debacle will extend to the commercial property arena, the degree of which will be uncertain. The people have been misled for almost a full year on the mislabeled mortgage debacle as a subprime phenomenon. That is the exposed tip of the iceberg, since it is total mortgage debacle problem. In 2008, the avalanche of failed mortgages of innovative adjustable variety will occur, with California providing the epicenter of failure and most publicized wreckage. US lending institutions once took pride in their absurd innovation in mortgage products, like fully borrowed down payments, like paying less interest than accumulates, like the borrower having no income or job. Next they will be embarrassed at the systemic stupidity and universal ridicule. In the 1970 decade, we suffered STAGFLATION in an ugly era. In 2008, we will suffer a much more powerful bout of stagflation, with continued USEconomic recession (in third year for those based in reality), rising price inflation (already running over 10%) sure to attack even the doctored Consumer Price Inflation. In fact, 2008 might see progress with the CPI adopting the house price component and putting off the owner equivalent rent, all boasted progress. The mirrored central damage will be to the USEconomy, from both an exhausted household consumer and a lending climate reluctant to supply urgently needed credit. The dependence upon consumption will be unmasked as fatally flawed finally. Households will fail on car loans and credit cards as an echo to mortgages, resulting in severe loss of independence and freedom. One can live in a house for free, but not ride a car or carry plastic for long without consequences. To compound the problem of credit supply, Wall Street burned our allies by cheating them blind. Expect a backlash felt in the year 2008, including international ugly lawsuits and unexpected Wall Street broken glass like a seven year delayed Krystalnacht. The entire banking system will go bust in the Untied States this year, in a highly visible manner, as the entire world watches in total horror. The nation in custodial duty for the world reserve currency, the USDollar, will suffer a failed banking & bond system, which undoubtedly will result in a grotesque USEconomic recession. It is just a bit late in its arrival. The parade of disasters will be mindboggling, offering little respite. Even the Plunge Protection Team, armed with $1500 billion in black bag money, pilfered largely from Fannie Mae in the two districts harboring the home towns for the sitting presidents from 1988 to 2000, will not be capable to stem the tsunami of stock market sell orders. They might focus attention on the biggest and baddest corporations, but the banking stock index collapse reveals how the PPT could only hold up the S&P500 index, but not their buddies in big banks. SADLY, 2008 IS THE YEAR THE SYSTEM JUST PLAIN BREAKS. People will run for cover. People will react with increasing anger. They will bristle with anger and frustration, even spark isolated riots, from rising food prices, rising gasoline prices with spotty supply, lost jobs from rising costs and outsourcing, lost homes from predatory lending followed by foreclosures. People will suffer realize that finances are not safe in banks, as bank runs spread amidst the fear in isolated cases, and some stock accounts are frozen unavailable amidst financial service conglomerate bankruptcies. The time honored Glass Steagall Law made impossible the merger of banks, brokerage houses, and insurance firms, for a reason. As banks fail, insurance and stock brokerage will be put at risk. The removed rule used to forbid shorting stocks on a downtick, but now will also render the system vulnerable. 2008 IS THE YEAR THE SYSTEM JUST PLAIN FREEZES. CONFUSION WILL REIGN SUPREME The year 2008 will bring with it a level of confusion never seen before in the nation´s history. Economists will be found befuddled, scratching their heads, dazed, and without solutions. Politicians will be confused as to what to advocate, unsure what is potentially effective. The entire argument of ´Inflation vs Deflation´ will turn into a crazed debate, with ignoramuses spouting all manner of drivel without knowledge of what inflation is, how it is caused, the frustration in producing it intentionally, and the broken apparatuses no longer able to function when their levers are pulled. When inflation is not only misunderstood but also indoctrinated in heretic fashion, the concept becomes a gathering large cloud intended for confusion of the masses. When the banking system is seized up as it is, the mechanisms to spew money into the system fail to function. When banks distrust each other more than individuals for their claimed collateral, the system fails to distribute money, even at lower interest rates. Issuing loans to individuals will fall to a low spot on priorities. A huge event occurred in 2006, that being the flip of housing into a deflating asset. A huge event occurred in 2007, that being the flip of mortgage bonds into a deflating asset. As the entire risk price model system continues to disintegrate, the powerful teeth of deflating assets held by banks will render the banks themselves as utterly impotent agents to stir inflation. Ironically, as credit derivatives are sold off, the USDollar might actually benefit. Many writers talk about USFed Chairman Bernanke as stepping soon to the table with a mission to drop money from helicopters. Wow, are they ever popping some stupid pills?!? The events in the last four months have taught anybody with a lucid brain, a keen eye, and an active pulse (which eliminates the majority of investors) that the US Federal Reserve has become far more than a little bit IRRELEVANT. The banking system is so broken over here that the London LIBOR has become strained to the hilt. The hapless clueless hidebound USFed cannot recognize the problem of insolvency within the banking system, and cannot treat the problem with lower interest rates. That will certainly not stop them from cutting rates, since Goldman Sachs, acting as lead sled dog among the Wall Street harnessed team, has ordered them to do so. If lower rates will not solve the bank problem, why are we given lower rates? Simple, because it supports the stock market from an ugly bloody crash. The system cannot afford for stock assets to flip into a deflating asset. The confusion to reign in year 2008 will center on the challenge to actively produce price inflation, while leaning upon broken banking entities. Confusion will reign from requests to Bernanke to ´do his helicopters thing´ when the winds of deflation will be so great that the cash drops are scattered into the deflation vortex. The desperate urgings made to Bernanke miss the lessons of the last four months. His primary perceived plan is to rescue the Wall Street banks, probably with far more redemptions, monetizations, and refunds delivered in basements and back rooms than the public will ever know. Such is the nature of the Fascist Business Model, to take care of the large corporations whose interests are merged with the USGovt, payola for the partners. The irony of the massive infusions of money, either with USFed injections or foreign capital infusions, is that they are extremely focused to rescue the ailing banks from insolvency. Except that they only rescue the ailing banks from illiquidity. Add money into an insolvent picture, account for it as an equity stake, and nothing is accomplished on the insolvency side. The new partners only have a larger share in the bankruptcy, better described as a vampire, walking dead. The system is not activated, no jobs produced, no new loans granted. The confusion in 2008 will culminate in the ratcheting upward of the official rescue attempts, measures, freezes, adoptions, initiatives, and eventual grand platform, as my forecast has steadily called for. Each plan will be recognized as insufficient and limited, thus motivated the next desperate measure. The Grandiose Resolution Trust Corporation will be granted broad powers, and rule for a full decade, with a possible cabinet appointment creation. Another ugly irony is festering. Neither the Administration and Congress is willing to press forward to initiate ANY broad rescue just yet, since the first pig in line would be the Wall Street thieves, thugs, and conmen whose fingerprints are all over the mortgage bond debacle laced with criminal fraud. So the entire banking system will continue to slide into quicksand. Once politicians enter the picture, the problem worsens, no exception. GOLD WILL RISE Meanwhile, gold will rise for many reasons, few being the traditionally recognized ones. Gold will rise from gradual recognition that the banking system is destroyed. Gold will rise from the perceived need to generate price inflation, whether such efforts are successful or not, an expectation concept. Gold will rise from the Competing Currency Wars, as nations urgently print more money to stave off recession and grotesque asset deflation. The slowdown will hit China also, which has begun to hike prices but which will find itself saddled with overcapacity. Gold will rise primarily because the global money supply is rising at an astronomical rate, think Weimar, go global. Gold will rise because the smart ones will realize that the Untied States might seek war as a diversion amidst the crisis. Gold will rise from in response to failures in most policy initiatives, perceived symptoms to systemic breakdown. Gold will rise as the global revolt against the USDollar continues, with the current focal point being the Persian Gulf nations who must defend themselves from the ravages of inflation. The entire price inflation argument is somewhat a straw dog, in a loose sense. The USDollar decline has prompted costs to rise, not wages, the result being economic dampers cast across the US landscape. This prompts monetary inflation motivation. Remove China and price inflation could be easily generated. However, the system cannot succeed in producing price inflation without killing the USTreasury Bond complex altogether, as long-term rates would rise to smash and upend the credit derivative pyramid. More evidence that the USFed is the most irrelevant player at the table. Gold will rise as the globe finally reckons that the USFed, traditionally the most powerful among the central bankers, is IMPOTENT, TOOTHLESS, AND IRRELEVANT. The chaos in the financial sector will be matched by growing chaos in the beehive of the USEconomy, the business complexes, the neighborhood communities. Watch for lawless behavior to rise, as chaos envelops the system. Watch for civil disobedience to crop up, as high crimes among Wall Street bankers and USGovt leaders go unaddressed. In the year 2008, the bylines will be 1) BREAKDOWN, 2) CHAOS, 3) FUTILITY OF TOOLS, 4) ABSENCE OF OPTIONS, 5) CONFUSION. Gold will rise as the bylines hit the press & media strewn with these messages. The system breaks in 2008. Denials will be laughable. GOODBYE TO MANY The year 2007 said goodbye to quite a long list of notables. The sports world lost Phil Rizzuto (the Scooter), and recently Sean Taylor (Washington Redskins). Also lost were restauranteur Bob Evans, spirited Jerry Falwell, and astronaut Wally Schirra. The bizarre corner lost Tammy Faye (Baker) Messner, Leona Helmsley, Anna Nicole Smith, and Evil Knievel. Closer to home, my family lost my mother Maureen, who coined the name Jackass for me, due to my persistent outspoken, stubborn, and mischievous manner. She called me ´My Charming Rogue´ affectionately. She is missed deeply, her effect felt. THE SOLUTIONS ALWAYS THERE Greed is powerful, especially when subjected to those in charge of the world reserve currency for several decades. Rescinding the Bretton Woods Accord, wherein the USDollar was tied to gold, unleashed Pandora´s Box of financial evils. The abusive usage of monetary inflation as a remedy for excessive debts is perhaps the most pernicious destructive phenomenon in the last century. In a vicious disguise, monetary inflation kills entire industries, fleeces savers dry, transforms asset managers into casino players, and causes pervasive cost inflation, all of which impoverishes a nation. Tragically, all nations who hitched their monetary wagon to the Untied States risk tremendous damage from shared inflation wreckage. See Saudi Arabia, the entire Persian Gulf, even Hong Kong. Europe will not be spared either. The competing currency wars renders all as victims. The last deaths occur with the nations whose currencies rise, since they enjoy a rush of investment and enjoy reduced costs, but their export trade is harmed badly. Over dinner tables when the Hat Trick Letter was inaugurated, my father repeatedly asked me what solutions could be offered. A literature professor not versed in financial matters, he grew weary of incessant talk by me on the unfixable nature of the current system. My pragmatism owes to his constructive nature. My constant reply was that the system would resist all solutions, since they would cause severe pain for both the system and its leaders, the Ruling Elite. After 55 years of accumulating thousands of dollars worth of education, counseling (psychic and psychological), workshops, consciousness trainings, creative performance experiences, and continual readings and writings that dig deeply into the possibility of being an enhanced self organizing anarchist exempt from the dutiful daughter routine expected of my gender.... an expectation that will cause ostracization when not adhered to.... I look to the management of my own biology and physics for grounding in the face of critical life changing moments. I use these two main considerations to ward off any voodoo, and all hack attacks out to undermine my ability to stay fresh, open minded, and intentional in my aims to shift this stupid economy from machiavellian practices meant to drive these two basic life thriving components out of human awareness and consideration. Biology.... the body is made up of complex organic and inorganic materials engaged in intricate, but reliable, processes that produce one fifth live protoplasm in continuous cell production that provides the materials that make the body and all of its parts. These cells fire more often when young, and more slowly when older. The other four fifths of the body are in entropy... meaning the cells are in the process of dying, and are replaced by the new cells made in this primordial soup we call protoplasm. But this refreshing of the cells in the body occurs only when the body takes in the nutrition necessary to accomplish these amazing results. It takes a few weeks to refresh the cells in the entire body... which actually isn't very long. When we eat real food, we get the inorganic cell salts necessary to couple with the organic materials in the body to produce new cells. When we eat processed foods, the inorganic cell salts are processed out before the food gets to you and the body cannot reproduce quality cells any longer. We can get sick, tired, weak, agitated, angry and show symptoms of psychological imbalance... all caused by our biology dependent on the food we eat. We will probably default to the advice of a doctor whose main job is to sell pharmaceuticals, which probably give back enough cell salts to diminish effects, but not correct the problems. It really pisses me off that the medical industry has thwarted the herbal remedies of old and have colluded with the food industry to assist them in crafting our choices such that we are like pigs to the slaughter, in slow motion.... Unaware, faithful, and trusting as human beings naturally are, until the Adam effect wears off. (Adam was the guy in the bible who fell asleep and never woke up)... But this Adam, or madam, has gotten herself educated and saw enough death and suffering from illness to put two and two together, and I am here to tell you that if you want a healthy body, that allows for a healthy mind, heart and spirit, your first step is to love yourself and your body enough to prepare (or pay someone to prepare) and eat healthy food. That means veggies, grains (pasta is processed food, rice is a grain), fruits, and the meat, fish, and fowl of animals that have fed off of the earth, not processed feed. If you have to bring a sick body to health, the process is not difficult. As you are changing your diet, go to whole foods, or any homeopathic store and buy and start taking each of the twelve vital inorganic cell salts you need to bring back the balance in your protoplasm. Stop eating crap, especially sugar. Take a teaspoon of honey for your craving.... eat popcorn for filler. Bring down your bag of pollution that is crafting a major health attack early on, by eating fresh salads, cottage cheese, or tofu and veggies for a while. Physics: Aside from being a complicated study regarding atoms, and energy, physics is all about light and energy brought about by turning the light around and focusing on the energy that occurs or is missing in your own body, heart, spirit and mind. Physics is self generated. Trash in/trash out. If you bring wholesome ideas that inspire you to action into your consciousness, then you trip the light fantastic. The first law of thermodynamics, upon which the study of physics is based, is that ACTION CREATES ENERGY. The second law is: Where there is no energy, entropy (the process of decay and dying) ensues (happens next). So to pay attention to your own physics is crucial, especially now when some kids don't have gymnastics to teach them the value of energy output and how that enhances the spirit, the mind and freshens the body. The more energy one expends (running, walking, dancing, performing, working, concentrating, intercoursing, debating, engaging in life's many action oriented activities that require the body to move and breath with concentrated efforts) the more alert, the less afraid, the more substantial one feels. If one sits around waiting for life to do something to get one off his/her ass, the more stressed, the more agitated, the more slovenly one becomes about his/her own life. Its like the serpent eating its own tail.. the circularity of an entropy fed by no action and no cause for action. Holding ones life as a potential energy source awaiting one good idea that will inspire it to action, creates a curiosity worth exploring. If one's mind is too full of darkness, or too full of a belief rather than an experience of spiritual living, then one can easily be thrown into catch 22 ideas that are paralyzing and call for pharmaceuticals to calm the inner voices that cannot be sorted out by him/herself. Beware of those legal drugs out to fuck you up and validate your unworthiness because that is the stuff this economy is made of. When I hear in the news of genocide and suicide bombers and kids who kill, I realize how far these profit mongers will go to get some meaningless bucks into their pockets. I think it is important to explore the dark side of life, where our creativity lives, and to bring to light your discoveries that free humanity from blind faith in economies out to harm us. BIOLOGY AND PHYSIC IN MOTION Brighten yourself with a good solid walk or jog, or an hour of yoga, or two hours at the gym. Feed yourself some good solid food. Allow your imagination to soar freely until you light upon something that really turns you on, and will serve another in some way. Because as George Battialle states in Eroticism:Death and Sensuality, " human nature needs to serve, and animal nature needs to be divine in that service'. Where this is missing, all sorts of anquish and ping pong self annihilation will occur. I apologize to the youth of America for not being bright enough, early enough to have seen this coming. Everyone is guilty and no one is to blame. We have to pull together as one to snap out of this trance that keeps aloof any blame. I have a preference and a demand for Justice and Freedom. Justice and Freedom and independence rely on a civilized people who engage with ethics, logic and passion to build trust and then develop an intelligent interdependence, which is what we do in America when we are not broke and broken... If we are kept too busy and/or even too well to care to pay attention, we may learn to adapt rather than raise a ruckus. This article also suggests that "bird flu" is NOT traveling with migratory birds. (Maybe that´s because it´s NOT "Bird" flu!) Bird Flu: How Worried Should You Be? USA TODAY , Oct 11, 2005 Notice that the title is assuming you should be worried! The ONLY question is HOW worried should you be. This is cleverly crafted to create unwarranted fear in the reader. The use of the word "could" defines this article as pure propaganda. Posted 12-10-05 Notice the question mark at the end of the title. Nothing in the article has been verified. This should not even be reported until it is verified. This type of title (particularly beginning with the word "Dangerous!") is specifically designed to put the question into the reader´s brain as though it is a fact. It is not fact. It is irresponsible to headline articles in this way. Extensive H5N1 Human-To-Human Transmission In Indonesia? Posted 10-22-05 Here again we have the question mark! The information in the title is designed to be planted into the reader´s brain as fact – when it is only a question. This is a deliberately inflammatory title. This is irresponsible journalism. In addition, the article refers to only 7 or 8 cases, linked to what is termed four familial "clusters." The word "cluster" is being used to imply that there are a number of cases of human-to human-transmission. On closer examination of the article, the reader finds that the author is using the word "cluster" to describe only TWO people. "TWO" people cannot be referred to as a "cluster." Again, this is deliberately misleading, and irresponsible journalism designed to strike fear into the heart and mind of the reader, as well as to imply that this (non) disease WILL cause an epidemic. Is H5N1 Wild Bird Flu In Canada? Posted 11-17-05 Again, watch for the question mark at the end of the title. The authoris deliberately propagandizing the reader by implanting the question as a "fact" in the reader´s mind. But it is NOT a fact and should never be reported unless it IS a fact! Turkey H5N1 Is Recombining With Mammalian Polymorphisms Posted 1-14-06 The average reader would have no idea what this author is writing about and does not have the background to understand anything in the article. All the reader will see is the title, and in the title the words "Turkey H5N1" and "Mammalian." This is designed to implant in the reader´s mind the idea that "Bird Flu" is mutating into "Mammalian" or Human "Bird" flu. The purpose, again, is to create fear in the reader that the epidemic is getting worse, when, in truth, the article gives NO evidence to support that notion. Several solid rules for judging whether an article is propaganda, are: 1. Watch for speculative terms. If the title ends with a question mark this is pure speculation. This allows the author to use his wildest imagination in developing a scenario to cause fear and panic. 2. Again watch for speculative terms. If the title contains the word "could", this is pure speculation. This, again, allows the author to fabricate any outcome he chooses. 3. If the title contains inflammatory words such as "Dangerous" "Suspect" "Mystery" "Worried" "Fear" "Explode", the chances are extremely high that this is pure propaganda designed to create fear. Human Deaths From "Bird Flu" How many deaths from Human "Bird Flu´ have been reported to date? Approximately 65 deaths in Asia (the main area this "disease" supposedly has affected) from Human cases of "Bird Flu" have been reported by the World Health Organization (WHO). According to the Internet World Stats (Usage and Population Statistics), the population of Asia is 3,622,994,130. That´s 56.4% of the World´s population. If we divide 65 (supposed deaths from "bird flu") into 3,622,994,130 people in Asia, the answer is approximately 54 million. That means that in Asia there has been ONE death for every 54 MILLION people! - - - HARDLY the statistics necessary to predict a frightening pandemic!" OR to call out the military forces! Information on Bird Flu comes primarily from the web sites of the following organizations: The Centers for Disease Control The World Health Organization, and ProMed/ISID (International Society for Infectious Diseases) How reliable are these organizations? The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) This is a highly politicized government organization. For example, the AIDS Information Hotline at the CDC, where one would call to find out how to be safe from AIDS, is run, not by the CDC! - a group that has the HIGHEST rate of AIDS in the country! Obviously, they have not learned – or don´t wish to practice – how to prevent AIDS! If it is true, as it strongly appears to be, that "Bird Flu" is a HOAX, perpetrated by the government on the public to create fear, take away personal rights, make money on vaccinations and drugs for "bird flu", cause real pandemics of disease and death by placement of other disease-causing organisms in the supposed "bird flu" vaccines, destroy huge numbers of turkeys, ducks and other birds to assist in causing massive famine, all of which will help decrease the population of the world, - - - then if a CDC employee, including the Director of the CDC, refused to go along with the government propaganda, he or she would be fired for insubordination. So the CDC is not a trustworthy source of information about "Bird Flu." The World Health Organization (WHO) The World Health Organization is the Population Control/Euthanasia/Genocide arm of the United Nations. The WHO has the same problems of bias and oversight as the CDC. In order to assess the veracity of any individual who posts information on the web or who speaks as an expert, it is necessary to be able to verify their qualifications. Henry Niman, Ph.D. Henry Niman received his Ph.D. at the University of Southern California in 1978 and took a post doctoral position at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation, according to his website. His qualifications are verifiable. He is the Founder and President of Recombinomics, Inc., a company that, monitors viral recombination, a process that can be used to enhance vaccine development and allow vaccines to be prepared before viruses emerge," according to his web site, www.recombinomics.com. Since Dr. Niman´s company is heavily involved with the vaccine industry, and therefore, would significantly benefit financially from a "Bird Flu" pandemic, he certainly could have a real conflict of interest in the "Bird flu" situation. Much of the information he posts would be very difficult, if not impossible, to verify, as the cases of supposed "Bird Flu" come from obscure, tiny towns and villages - the smallest "nooks and crannies" on the globe. How does he get this information? Where does he get this information? What are his sources? It has been over two months now since I e-mailed him, asking him those questions, and to date I have received no response! Patricia Doyle Patricia Doyle (she admits that this is not her real name) chooses to remain a mystery. She uses the initials Ph.D. and D.V.M. after her name but she refuses to state where or when she received those degrees. I have e-mailed her directly asking for that information and she has refused to divulge it. But she has admitted that she has NOT completed her Ph.D., yet she continues to use those initials after her name. This is Scientific Fraud! She will not state WHERE she received her degrees! She will not state WHEN she received her degrees! She will not give her real name.! This is totally unacceptable in the scientific world, and is insulting to the general public. Why would anyone, especially a "professed" professional person, withhold this information unless she is deliberately lying about her qualifications and whether or not she actually holds these degrees. Apparently she has shared some of this information with one individual who is not in the scientific world. But again, none of the information can be verified. Until she comes clean and answers these questions for the entire public, she has no right to be considered an expert of ANY kind, nor should she have a forum on which to espouse her comments.
